About

Hi, I'm Joshua Knott, the person behind NWA Property Finds.

With over 20 years of experience specializing in real estate development, I bring a deep understanding of the industry, from land development and new communities to the opportunities shaping Northwest Arkansas.

I'm passionate about the places that make this area a great place to live, work, and invest. Through NWA Property Finds, I share homes, neighborhoods, new developments, local businesses, and hidden gems across Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, Fayetteville, Centerton, and Bella Vista.

My goal is to help you discover what's happening across NWA and connect you with the places and opportunities that fit your lifestyle and goals.

As an Arkansas licensed real estate professional affiliated with RG Real Estate Services, I also help clients navigate real estate opportunities, including buying, selling, and investment properties.

Thanks for following along and discovering Northwest Arkansas with me!
